Regulamin

Terms of services provided electronically

These Regulations define in particular the types and scope of services provided electronically by Christopher Closset, conducting business activity under the name Windsor & Webb, ul. Puszkina 33, 35-328 Rzeszów, NIP: 8133786044, REGON: 380758410, e-mail address: kontakt@windsorandwebb.com, the conditions for the provision of these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating agreements for the provision of services electronically and the complaint procedure.

Effective from 1 October 2026

§1

§1 General provisions

  1. These Regulations are issued pursuant to Article 8 of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means.
  2. Services are provided electronically free of charge.
  3. Every Service Recipient is required to read and comply with these Regulations from the moment they begin using the Website.
  4. These Regulations are made available free of charge on the Website in a form that allows them to be obtained, reproduced and recorded.
§2

§2 Definitions

The terms used in these Regulations mean:

  1. Regulations — this document.
  2. Service Provider — Christopher Closset, conducting business activity under the name Windsor & Webb, ul. Puszkina 33, 35-328 Rzeszów, NIP: 8133786044, REGON: 380758410, e-mail address: kontakt@windsorandwebb.com.
  3. Service Recipient — a natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality that uses the Electronic Services.
  4. Website — the website operated by the Service Provider at www.windsorandwebb.com, together with its subpages.
  5. Electronic Services — the services provided electronically by the Service Provider through the Website, described in § 3.
  6. Contact Form — the form available on the Website that allows a message to be sent to the Service Provider.
§3

§3 Types and scope of electronic services

  1. Through the Website, the Service Provider provides the following Electronic Services: (a) making information available about the Service Provider and its services, including websites, online stores, larger web projects, photography, marketing and hosting; (b) enabling the Service Recipient to send a message to the Service Provider using the Contact Form or by e-mail.
  2. The information published on the Website, including prices shown as “from”, is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The scope, price and timing of any design, development, photography, marketing or hosting service are agreed individually in a written proposal and a separate agreement.
  3. The Service Provider reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Electronic Services, in whole or in part, without giving reasons, in particular for technical, maintenance or security reasons.
§4

§4 Technical requirements

  1. To use the Electronic Services, the Service Recipient needs: (a) a computer or mobile device with internet access; (b) an up-to-date web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari or Microsoft Edge, with JavaScript enabled; (c) an active e-mail address in order to receive a reply to a message sent through the Contact Form.
  2. Some Website features may not display or work correctly on older browsers or on certain mobile devices.
  3. The Service Recipient may not provide content of an unlawful nature, in particular content that infringes the rights of third parties, or send unsolicited commercial information through the Website.

§5 Conclusion and termination of agreements

  1. An agreement for the provision of the Electronic Service described in § 3(1)(a) is concluded when the Service Recipient begins using the Website and is terminated when the Service Recipient leaves the Website.
  2. An agreement for the provision of the Electronic Service described in § 3(1)(b) is concluded when the Service Recipient sends a message through the Contact Form or by e-mail, and is terminated when the Service Provider replies to it or when the Service Recipient withdraws the request.
  3. The Service Recipient may terminate an agreement for the provision of Electronic Services at any time, without giving reasons, by ceasing to use the Website or by sending a notice to kontakt@windsorandwebb.com.
§6

§6 Complaint procedure

  1. Complaints concerning the Electronic Services may be submitted by e-mail to kontakt@windsorandwebb.com or in writing to the Service Provider’s address: ul. Puszkina 33, 35-328 Rzeszów.
  2. A complaint should include the Service Recipient’s name, contact details and a description of the problem. We recommend submitting a complaint within 14 days of the problem occurring, which helps us deal with it quickly.
  3. The Service Provider will consider the complaint and reply within 14 days of receiving it, using the contact details provided by the Service Recipient.
§7

§7 Personal data

  1. The controller of personal data processed in connection with the Electronic Services is the Service Provider.
  2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data and on the use of cookies is set out in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.
§8

§8 Final provisions

  1. The Service Provider may amend these Regulations for important reasons, in particular changes in the law or in the scope of the Electronic Services. Amendments are published on the Website at least 14 days before they come into force.
  2. A Service Recipient who is a consumer may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, including the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Provincial Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (Wojewódzki Inspektorat Inspekcji Handlowej).
  3. Matters not covered by these Regulations are governed by generally applicable provisions of Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of services by electronic means.
  4. These Regulations come into force on 1 October 2026.
